Polyester spray filler

A gray 2K polyester spray filler with excellent filling properties. It is used in automotive body repair, mechanical engineering, and the furniture industry. After mixing, the filler has a pot life of approximately 20 to 25 minutes. After 30 minutes of drying time at 60°C, the filler can be sanded with a 150 to 240 grit sandpaper. Adhesion on which surface? - Steel plate - Iron - Wood - Glass fiber reinforced plastic based on polyester Do not apply on - Wash primer - Galvanized sheet metal - Aluminum - Acid-hardening primers - Nitrocellulose primer - Synthetic primer Instructions for use Sand the surface to be filled and remove any dust. Ensure there is no rust, grease, dirt, or loose paint residue. If necessary, sand with a P80 to P150 grit. Before each application, clean and degrease the entire surface to be painted with silicone remover. Do not apply to thermoplastic or acidic products (reaction primers). Once the filler is dry, sand with a P150 to P240 grit. Too little or too much hardener can cause stains in the topcoat. If necessary, use a maximum of 5% thinner. Reactive thinner for polyester products. Unlike nitro, acrylic, or synthetic resin thinners, Airo Polyester Thinner reacts with polyester resins and is chemically incorporated into the resin molecule. NB: Polyester thinner is sensitive to moisture. Close the packaging tightly after use. To be used for: - Airo Unispray - Airo Plamuren (Unipol, Soft, Plastic, ed.) - Airo Spritzfüller - Other Airo polyester products. Instructions for use Add a maximum of 5% to 10% thinner to products.
